Delete Account
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Stop Loss Pro account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to talnirapps@gmail.com
- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Stop Loss Pro"
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Wait for confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days acknowledging your request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account information
- All portfolio data and holdings
- All investment lots and transaction history
- All stop-loss suggestions and AI interactions
- Authentication tokens and sessions
- Any preferences or settings
Data Retention Period
Immediate Deletion: Most of your personal data will be deleted immediately upon processing your request.
30-Day Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for the following purposes:
- Legal compliance and audit requirements
- Fraud prevention and security purposes
- System backup recovery (data is anonymized in backups)
After 30 days, all data will be permanently purged from our systems, including backups.
Before You Delete
Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:
- Export any investment data you want to keep for your records
- Cancel any active subscriptions (if applicable)
- Remove the app from your devices
- Consider temporarily deactivating your account instead if you might return
